Model BIF-05TA (500kgs/24hrs)
BIF-05TA is an commercial heavy duty ice machine for flake ice produce, standard ice capacity 500kgs in 24hrs period and ice storage capacity 200kgs, 7*24hrs working support.
Adopt vertical cylindrical ice evaporator and moving stainless steel ice scraper, ensure thin and low temperature ice flakes continue harvest and storage in ice bin.
Professional and versatility MMI CONTROL system with the most advance PLC and Full Color Touch screen which is clear show machine working status.
BIF-05TA Flake Ice Machine Detail Introduction:

• Conventional push button or high advanced touch screen controller optional.
• Machine full automatic working with various safety precautions:
1, Machine automatic stop with ice bin full, water lack, refrigerant pressure abnormal, parts failure etc.
2, Automatic refrigerant pressure balance function guarantee system stabilization and protect compressor.
3, Modern electric cabinet design with perfect circuit. All main parts have individual electric circuit and failure lamp, once failure occur, Sound and light alarm exact show failure part.
4, Professional cooling capacity algorithm in PLC module, provide up to 30% energy saving.
• Vertical Cylindrical ice evaporator, ice scraper continue moving and harvest ice.
• Double wall ice evaporator (hollow inside), refrigerant recycle between walls (in welded groove) and direct heat exchange with water on inner freezing wall, a higher energy efficient assured, in evaporator no refrigerant pipe needed.
• Integrated design, connect water and electric can start ice making.
• Water sourcing from tap water(freshwater).
• R404a Eco-friendly refrigeration system with Air cooling method.
• Flake ice machine and ice storage bin separate module.Easy transport and install.
